Q: Are your products new?

A: All products sold are brand new shipped from the manufacture.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: All orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery.

Q: Do we ship International?

Yes but we currently we only ship within the U.S however if you are interested in having products shipped internationally please email: Sales@corescientifics.com for a custom quote

Q: Can I return my item?

A: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
